A leading UK-based events and hospitality organisation is seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join its high-performing finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend financial analysis, business intelligence, and data management to support key decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities: * Lead data analysis initiatives to inform strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting * Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to improve reporting efficiency * Ensure high-quality data management and governance across financial and operational systems * Analyse key performance indicators, including event performance and customer metrics * Prepare commentary for monthly forecasts and support quarterly board reporting * Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategy with operational goals * Identify and implement process improvements through automation and new tools About You: * 5 years' experience in FP&A, business intelligence, or data analytics * Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint * Working knowledge of SQL and databases is highly desirable * Familiarity with ERP/reporting systems such as Jet Reporting, MS Dynamics Business Central, or Momentus is a plus * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insight * Highly analytical, curious, and proactive with strong organisational skills * A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Why Join?
