Data Clerk (Database Update)
We are looking for a data clerk to accurately and efficiently update information in a database while our team implements a new application.
Responsibilities:
* Verify data and update contact details, product support information, contract data, and cloud licensing details
* Input data, verify accuracy, update records, organize files, and generate reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Good organizational and time‑management skills

Administrator – HR Team (Part‑time)
Seeking a temporary Administrator to join our HR team on a part‑time basis for 2‑3 weeks.

Administrator / Data Entry Officer (Housing Context)
Supporting a dynamic team in managing data entry and administrative tasks related to tenancy visits and property inspections.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
* Accurate input of data into the housing management system
* Perform administrative tasks: filing, photocopying, handling correspondence
* Support Tenancy Visiting Officers with data processing and record‑keeping
* Prepare reports and dashboards for management
* Coordinate tenancy visits and logistics
* Maintain data privacy and security standards
Required skills & qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably within a housing or local authority setting
* Proficiency in using housing management systems and other data entry software
* Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Office Administrator (Harpenden)
Rapid response to calls, enquiries, and general office administration. Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5:30pm. Adaptability in a small business environment required.
Key duties:
* Answer calls and handle enquiries
* Use Word, Excel and internal CRM system
* Assist with various operational tasks as needed
Salary: £28,000pa, on‑site parking. Temp‑to‑perm option available.

Key responsibilities:
* Maintain strict confidentiality of customer privacy information
* Label various data types: text, speech, audio, image, video
* Deliver high‑quality labeled data per guidelines and KPIs
* Analyze errors, propose solutions, support day‑to‑day operations
* Identify and suggest improvements to SOPs and tools
* Assist with floor support and internal queries as needed
Required qualifications:
* Associate's degree or related work experience
* CEFR C1 German fluency and CEFR B2 English proficiency
* Strong business writing, analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Proficient research skills and meticulous attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrable task execution
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships and project coordination
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business applications
