Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Registered Building Inspector. The Registered Building Inspector will be responsible for performing building and site inspections, enforcing codes, and inspecting plumbing systems. Their day-to-day tasks include ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations and codes, preparing inspection reports, and liaising with contractors and clients as needed.
Qualifications
* Building Inspections and Site Inspections skills
* Experience in Code Enforcement and Inspection
* Proficiency in inspecting Plumbing systems
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Relevant certification or licensing in building inspection
* Experience with digital reporting tools is a plus
