A well-established investment bank is looking to appoint a Vice President to join its M&A team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced investment banking professional with a strong technical background and a proven track record in executing complex M&A transactions.
You will play a key role in leading deal execution, managing junior team members, and delivering high-quality analysis and strategic insight to senior stakeholders and clients. The role requires a combination of technical excellence, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Skills
* Strong analytical and financial modelling expertise
* Proven M&A execution experience within an investment bank or advisory firm
* Ability to interpret complex financial information and deliver clear, actionable insights
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confident in client interaction, including leading meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the execution of M&A transactions end-to-end
* Building, reviewing, and refining complex financial models to support deal activity
* Managing due diligence processes and coordinating internal and external parties
* Preparing and presenting high-quality client materials, including pitch books and investment memoranda
* Supporting senior bankers in origination and client development initiatives
* Mentoring and overseeing Analysts and Associates
