Overview
Our client, a globally recognised and highly sought-after design studio is seeking an experienced and proactive Team Assistant to support their busy and collaborative Projects Team. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the team, providing efficient support across project administration, travel coordination, financial processes, studio operations, oversight of the CRM system and document control. You will work closely with leads of the departments, while also collaborating with the wider administrative team to ensure seamless support across the studio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities
* Provide project administration support while managing the EDMS
* Ensure team members have full access to relevant resources
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
* Organise and maintain the studio environment, including managing deliveries and printed materials
* Manage the CRM and contact directories
* Support regular financial processes and assist with cost management
* Arrange international travel and accommodation
* Other ad-hoc project and administration support
Key Skills / Requirements
* Experience working within the architecture and design industry in a similar role
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience using EDMS and CRMs such as SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics
* Sociable and approachable personality
