Business Development Director – Global Automotive Dealer & OEM Software Solutions
£60,000 - £70,000 base salary plus 100% OTE earnings. Company car or Car allowance.
This is a proper new business role for someone who still enjoys winning deals. You will be selling a genuinely credible, enterprise-grade software and AI platform into the top end of the UK automotive dealer market.
The sales cycles are meaty, the stakeholders are senior and the rewards are directly linked to what you close. You will have autonomy, backing from pre-sales and leadership and a product that stands up in competitive software evaluations.

What you’ll be doing
* Winning net-new dealer group and OEM customers across the UK.
* Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation through to signed contract.
* Running structured discovery and leading complex multi-stakeholder deals.
* Positioning a modern software and AI platform against incumbent and legacy solutions.
What you’ll need to bring
* A proven track record in new business B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
* Strong experience selling into automotive dealer groups and software-led environments.
* Confidence operating at C-suite level and navigating complex buying processes.
* A genuine hunter mindset with the discipline to run long, high-value deals
