Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage bar staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to company policies.
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards within the bar area.
* Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
* Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative drink pairings that enhance the dining experience.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling costs effectively.
* Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase bar sales and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications
