Fee Earner – Housing Disrepair
Location: Macclesfield
Full Time and hybrid option available
Salary: £DOE
ACS have teamed up with a successful Macclesfield based firm, with the recruitment of a fee earner within their housing disrepair team!
The successful candidate will ideally have the following knowledge and experience –
* Ability to manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims
* Legal Knowledge of the Housing Conditions pre-action protocol
* Legal knowledge of the CPR and fast-track litigation process
* Review reports from Surveyors
* Carry out quantum assessments/reviews and formalising case plans
* Ability to run issued, fast track matters with minimal supervision.
* To effectively act upon court directions and to prepare matters for trial
* Experience of using Proclaim case management system
* Experience of working in a fast paced, target driven environment
* Attention to detail
* Organisation and admin skills
* Communication skills: written and verbal
* Ability to work individually or part as a team
