This is a full-time on-site Senior Broker role at The Private Health People in Bournemouth. The Senior Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to insurance brokering, client management, policy review, and sales generation.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
* Experience in client management and sales
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets
* Certification or degree in Insurance or a related field
Remuneration and incentives
We believe in rewarding our staff and creating an environment where hard work and good results are recognised. We have an uncapped bonus structure designed to allow top agents to earn well over £80k with some being able to achieve beyond £100k. The following incentives also run sporadically throughout the month and year:
* Team meals out
* Spin the wheel after sales and win hundreds more per month
* Big quarterly incentives including long weekends away in Barcelona, Lisbon, Budapest etc
* Growing basic wage based on previous 12 month performance
* Half day Fridays
