Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a hands-on Sales Manager with responsibilities that include leadership, strategy, execution, setting sales goals, developing sales plans, training and motivating the team, managing the sales pipeline, and analyzing performance data to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales team with leadership strategies, goal setting, and execution.
* Generate revenue through personal sales targets and KPIs.
* Develop individual sales action plans, including quarterly bonus plans for personal and team targets.
* Develop and manage team KPIs and measurements.
* Analyze metrics and monthly goals to identify sales activities and performance objectives.
* Manage sales pipeline and analyze KPIs to achieve goals.
* Foster a positive, collaborative environment among team members.
* Motivate, train, and mentor the sales team, enhancing skills, product knowledge, and techniques.
* Implement and manage CRM best practices to improve customer engagement and retention.
* Oversee flagged and old pending jobs reports.
* Approve job pricing through estimation/quote sheets.
* Review and update service pricing as needed.
* Oversee and manage the Shared Services department via the Shared Services Manager to streamline calls, training, invoicing, and paperwork submission.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years managing a successful sales team.
* 5-7 years in field sales exceeding targets.
