Customer Supply Chain Export Analyst
• Function: EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) – Customer Supply Chain - Export
About the role:
Reporting to the Export Manager, this role provides professional service to internal customers and manages all administrative tasks related to export order processing. The role ensures service level targets are met and manages export documentation compliance.
About the Team/Department:
The Customer Supply Chain team supports our commercial operations across EMEA, ensuring timely delivery to retailers. The Export team handles order management for countries supplied via our distributor model, specifically managing accounts in Sub-Saharan Africa, including French-West Africa and South Africa.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all administrative tasks for export markets, including sales orders, shipments, and documentation, liaising with logistics, supply, and sales teams to ensure timely processing.
* Provide outstanding service to all distributors within the region, working collaboratively with the export team.
* Maximize SCJ's fill rate in line with departmental targets.
* Manage stock allocations, coordinating with supply, logistics, LSPs, inspection companies, and internal/external stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate and timely order processing, following country-specific requirements and documentation.
Experience you’ll bring:
* Fluency in English (spoken and written); French language skills are an advantage.
* Experience in import/export customer service, including order management and documentation.
