This is an exciting opportunity for a new Clinical Trial Manager to join our team and be instrumental in providing high quality trial management which will advance the outcomes of important questions that transform the lives of patients. You will work on the SIS trial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical trials, including, but not limited to, ethics and regulatory applications and amendments, site set up and training, presenting at meetings and producing progress reports as required.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the success of our trials and is responsible for the supervision and line management of clerical and support staff.
The Clinical Trial Manager will be responsible for data management processes including guiding the design of the trial database.

About You

We are seeking a self‑starter, motivated and detail‑orientated individual to support the delivery of the SIS trial at Warwick Clinical Trials Unit. This role requires excellent planning and organisational abilities as well as the ability to prioritise to ensure high‑quality trial management, helping us deliver our studies on time and within budget.
You will have significant and recent clinical trials experience across the lifespan of a trial throughout the UK and working with sites to recruit to target.
You will also need strong communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including research site staff, trial participants, and oversight committee members. A keen eye for detail is essential, particularly when preparing, reviewing, and quality‑checking trial documentation and processes.
Applicants should be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
