Salary: £12.21 per hour + Training + Benefits
Monday – Friday, 06:00hrs – 14:00hrs
Saturday mornings @ overtime once training completed

We're currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Advisor to join our team in Leicester. If you’re passionate about vehicles and looking to kickstart a career in the automotive industry, this could be the opportunity for you.
As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you’ll be trained to:
* Assist customers with parts enquiries in person, over the phone, and by email
* Identify, locate, and supply the correct parts for vehicles using manufacturer systems
* Manage stock levels and process incoming deliveries
* Prepare and issue invoices and documentation
* Support the workshop team with internal parts requests
* Maintain a clean, organised parts department
Who are you?
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine interest in trucks, vehicles, or the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Good IT skills and ability to adapt to systems
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* No prior experience required – just the right attitude and commitment to learn
