Your Mission
As our Product Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping the future of Target’s core product areas: Arrears, Customer Lifecycle, and Payments.
You’ll own the strategic roadmap, guide product evolution, and ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, scalable — and irresistibly compelling to our clients.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in supporting bids and sales, designing commercially strong, customer‑centric solutions that set us apart in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Leading & developing a high‑performing Product Team
2. Owning the end‑to‑end strategic product roadmap
3. Spotting industry trends and translating them into product opportunities
4. Working closely with Product Owners to deliver against roadmap priorities
5. Partnering with Bid, Sales and Solutions teams to shape winning propositions
6. Representing the customer — ensuring meaningful value and strong outcomes
7. Facilitating workshops, demos, and discovery sessions
8. Making smart decisions around priorities, scope and trade‑offs
9. Monitoring performance, adoption and product outcomes
10. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, security and governance standards
11. Championing user‑centred design and accessibility best practice
12. Driving continuous improvement, automation and standardisation
13. Keeping a close eye on competitor activity and market changes
Requirements
What You Bring
You’ll have:
14. Product leadership experience in financial services, tech, software or similar
15. Hands‑on experience driving product roadmaps
16. Experience supporting bid/sales activity through solution design
17. A background in digital products or technology platforms
18. FCA‑regulated experience (desirable)
19. Proven experience managing budgets and leading teams
