Work in varied and meaningful community settings Backed by a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team SCHADS Level 4 Super, Fulltime, max term until 30 June 2026 Your new role You'll be part of a dynamic team delivering a wide range of programs across HACC, Support for Carers, and other community initiatives. We work flexibly, creatively, and collaboratively to support people experiencing changing or emerging needs — always with a strong focus on inclusion, access, and community connection. In this role, you’ll provide person‑centred, early‑intervention support to individuals, carers, and families. Your days might include: Conducting assessments and offering targeted short‑term support Goal‑based planning and coaching Linking clients with specialist services Delivering group programs and practical day‑to‑day assistance Supporting carers to stay connected, confident, and resilient You're someone who thrives when supporting others — and you bring warmth, initiative, and sound judgement to every interaction. Your skills and experience A relevant qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, Counselling, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and experience relevant to community services practice.
