Main Duties of the Role
* Providing 1st Line Support to customers via phone and remote tools providing excellent customer service
* Logging tickets, and escalating when required
* Prioritising workloads and action tickets in line with SLAs
* Maintaining documentation accurately and keeping it up to date
Your Skills and Experience
* Experience within a similar position
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Windows Desktop Operating Systems
* Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
* Hardware Support
* Full driving license
Salary
* £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience
