We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our friendly team at our Rugby site on a full-time permanent basis!

Salary: £30,000 per annum.

Working hours: Mon - Fri nights, 21:00 - 07:00

As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site operation through general site, facilities, H&S, and compliance activities. You will offer outstanding and organized support in a friendly environment and provide a helpful service.


Key Duties of an Operations Administrator:

1. Monitoring the H&S Accident portal to ensure any accidents, incidents, and near misses are comprehensively reported and actioned.
2. Collating monthly site H&S check information and issuing/monitoring actions.
3. Note-taking and issuing of monthly H&S meeting minutes accurately, with follow-up on any actions.
4. Booking contractors for remedial works and communicating with the site accordingly.
5. Issuing permits to work when required.
6. Managing the diary for monthly contractor services and inspections.
7. Requesting quotes for site repairs.
8. Scheduling BRC internal audits and communicating with the site accordingly.
9. Managing site inbound and outbound post.
10. Managing meeting rooms and catering requirements.
11. Adhoc purchasing for all departments in a cost-effective manner.
12. Organizing hotels and transport arrangements.


Qualifications:

* Experience working in an administrative team within a logistics or warehouse environment.
* Ability to communicate positively and clearly with colleagues and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrates loyalty and commitment as a good team worker.
* Knowledge of company procedures and compliance.
* Professional, approachable, and helpful to ensure smooth operations.
* Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
