We're looking for a skilled recruiter to join our aerospace delivery team, based out of either our Manchester or Leeds office. We are open to considering multiple experience levels and can hire in at Consultant, Senior, Principal or Senior Principal grades.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with RPO clients to deliver on hiring needs across engineering, supply chain, and PMO functions.
* Source, engage, and represent exceptional candidates for high-impact technical roles.
* Work directly with hiring managers and stakeholders, taking job briefs, delivering updates, and providing market insight.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in deep tech and advanced hardware domains, ensuring precision and long-term fit.
* Build trusted, consultative relationships with clients and candidates alike.
* Consistently deliver against targets, using OKRs and data to measure, refine, and maximize outcomes.
* Contribute to Apera’s growth and reputation through exceptional service, high standards, and industry expertise.
* Embody our values in everything you do.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in internal or agency recruitment.
* Strong track record in technical or complex hiring environments.
* Exposure to highly technical roles in space, aviation, defence, robotics, or advanced engineering.
* Experience hiring in the US market and across permanent and contract roles.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting and takes pride in delivering best-in-class results.
* A proactive, commercially minded recruiter with genuine interest in advanced technologies.
* Strong communication skills, confident with senior stakeholders and long-term relationship building.
* Comfortable using data and OKRs to guide performance and decision-making.
