The Role
The Academic Services Administrator will support the Academic Services Team and wider Registry Team. You will be responsible for key administrative tasks that ensure smooth delivery of academic services.
Please note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
What the Role Involves
* Process student withdrawals, interruptions, cancellations, etc., within agreed timescales to meet KPIs
* Update the Student Record System daily with accurate data
* Support enrolment activities for all partners
* Assist in preparing documentation for Assessment Boards
* Handle queries via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face interactions
* Input board outcomes into the Student Record System
About You
* Experience in Higher Education
* Strong customer/student-focused approach
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills (email, phone, and in-person)
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods
* Ability to travel between university sites when required
* Ability to handle confidential information in line with GDPR
* Flexibility to support additional tasks during peak periods
