Parts Sales Hub Manager Location: Derby Hours: Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week (flexible start and finish times available) Salary: £35,000 basic | OTE £48,000 A well-established commercial vehicle dealership is currently seeking a Parts Sales Hub Manager to join its team in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to lead a high-performing team and drive parts sales performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Role Overview: The Parts Sales Hub Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts sale's hub, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales efficiency, and departmental productivity. This role involves managing a team of parts advisors and supporting sales performance while working collaboratively with internal departments to deliver industry-leading service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the smooth operation of the parts sales hub. Develop and implement strategies to grow parts sales and achieve agreed targets. Ensure customer enquiries, online orders, and invoice queries are handled efficiently and professionally. Promote current offers and product promotions to customers. Oversee incoming calls and workflow to maximise response times and service levels. Work in partnership with internal teams including Operations Support and Head of Parts to deliver best-in-class performance. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Parts Sales Advisors to achieve personal and departmental goals. Contribute positively to the workplace culture and lead by example in maintaining high standards.Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in parts sales, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills. IT literate with the ability to manage systems, orders, and reports.
