Job Title: Partnerships Manager – Podcast Studio & Agency
Location: London, UK (Remote)
Compensation: Hourly Base Rate + Partnership Commission, Revenue Share & Performance Bonuses
About Us
We’re an independent podcast studio and production agency based in London, helping brands, creators, and businesses produce standout video content that builds connection and drives engagement. Our services include podcast production, branded content development, studio hire, marketing, and distribution.
We’ve grown organically through strong SEO, referrals, and brand awareness. As we scale, we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us build strategic relationships that unlock new audiences, revenue streams, and long-term growth opportunities.
The Opportunity
As Partnerships Manager, you’ll focus on identifying, developing, and managing mutually beneficial partnerships with brands, agencies, creators, platforms, and communities. Rather than one-off sales, this role is about creating repeatable, scalable partnerships that drive ongoing business and visibility.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we collaborate with external partners—from co-branded content and referral agreements to strategic alliances and long-term retainers.
This is a flexible, autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys relationship-building, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into lasting collaborations.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, creators, platforms, and networks
* Build referral, revenue-share, and co-marketing partnerships that generate ongoing opportunities
* Pitch collaboration ideas such as branded podcasts, content series, studio partnerships, and joint campaigns
* Act as the main point of contact for partners, nurturing long-term relationships
* Work closely with the production and creative teams to design partnership-led offerings
* Track partnership performance and optimise for growth and recurring revenue
* Help define and evolve our partnerships strategy as the business scales
What You’ll Earn
Base:
* Hourly rate for billable partnership development work (up to 12 hours per week)
Commission & Revenue Share:
* Percentage-based commission or revenue share on partnerships you originate
* Uncapped earning potential
* Performance bonuses for hitting partnership and revenue milestones
* Potential residual income from long-term or recurring partnerships
Typical partnership values: £2,000–£20,000+ per project, with scope for ongoing retainers and repeat work.
Who You Are
* Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or relationship-led sales
* Strong network within brands, agencies, media, creators, or content ecosystems
* Confident initiating conversations and building trust with senior stakeholders
* Strategic thinker who can spot win-win collaboration opportunities
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a flexible role
* Passionate about media, content, storytelling, and podcasting
Nice to Have
* Experience in media, podcasting, advertising, or creative services
* Background in managing referral or affiliate-style partnerships
* Understanding of branded content, sponsorships, or content monetisation
* Existing relationships that could translate into partnership opportunities
* Startup, freelance, or agency-side experience
What We Offer
* Total flexibility: work remotely and manage your own schedule
* Uncapped earning potential through partnerships and revenue share
* Access to a London-based studio and experienced production team
* Support with pitch decks, case studies, and partnership materials
* The opportunity to shape the partnerships function from the ground up
* A key role in the growth of a fast-moving podcast studio and agency
