An exciting new vacancy has arisen aligned to the continued growth of our Company for the role of: SENIOR FIELD SERVICE EMBEDDED ON SITE IN SOUTHAMPTON SOUTHAMPTON SALARY – Up to £39,863.07 This role is pivotal to the quality of the work undertaken by Trillium and takes first line responsibility for the physical quality of the work undertaken. It is a hands-on position with primary responsibility for pump maintenance activities on site and other rotating equipment, hydro turbines, electric motors and valve maintenance (both corrective and preventative maintenance). Role and Key Responsibilities To ensure all personnel working on the team are operating safely, have had appropriate inductions, risk assessments and toolbox talks and are following both Trillium and client safety methods. Be proactive in reporting and resolving any concerns, participate in investigation & reporting of accidents & incidents To supervise local personnel in the execution of their work, ensuring that personnel are following technical method statements, taking appropriate actions to ensure quality and recording data into the QA system and holding permits. To provide technical support and where appropriate to liaise with the Trillium’s technical support team and/or the client field engineer to ensure correct actions are taken. To manage the resources within their team to ensure the most productive use of all hours available. To source on behalf of the team, materials and equipment and make them available to the worksite as appropriate. To ensure all permit-to-work, and other work order card procedures are in place prior to and during operations. Liaise with and encourage team members to focus on achievement of all daily / weekly objectives. Build team spirit and positive attitudes. First line supervision and maintain area disciplines. Communicate effectively with team on a daily basis regarding objectives and priorities, and ensure all assigned personnel clearly understand the tasks to be undertaken. To record all times taken on a WOC, and report accordingly into the Trillium system or client system. Willingness to undertake any ad hoc or unskilled jobs which are necessary. Ensure all Hazard reporting is completed in a timely manner with all corrective actions closed out as a priority.
