My client is currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join their team and play a vital role in supporting their Project Managers with their day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of client projects, ensuring a seamless experience for trainers, participants, and stakeholders. What you'll do: Schedule and manage the logistics for both virtual and face-to-face training sessions. Provide essential support to Project Managers, ensuring all project plans and client expectations are met. Act as the main point of contact, managing delegate lists and handling all queries. Oversee administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders, preparing materials. Work closely with internal teams to ensure final delivery checks are completed and to secure valuable feedback. Who we're looking for: Recent graduate or someone who is looking to kickstart their office career Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Highly organised Possesses excellent communication skills and has a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
