The Role
As a Data Analyst within our Product Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes to enhance the performance and effectiveness of our products. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Data Analyst who is excited to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our rapidly growing company.
What You'll Do
1. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
2. Design and implement dashboards and reports to provide insights into product performance, user behavior, and operational efficiency
3. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
4. Support in developing and maintaining data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources
5. Proactively identify and address data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
6. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, presentations, and reports
Requirements
7. 5 years of experience with data analytics
8. Experience with creating clear and concise reports and the management of recurring reports
9. Experience with writing requirements in order to create a unified and coherent tracking system
10. SQL knowledge
11. Ability to identify issues in reports or tracking systems and propose effective solutions
12. Ability to thrive in an adaptive, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
14. Bold and willing to speak up if something is wrong
15. Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
Nice to Have
16. Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Grafana, Tableau, PowerBI, Python
17. Have a bachelor's degree in fields such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or related disciplines
