About the role As Housekeeping Supervisor, youll be at the heart of keeping the hospice running smoothly Youll: Coordinate and support a small, dedicated team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional standards. Plan and oversee high-quality cleaning schedules across the hospice Manage rotas, performance, and day-to-day operations Ensure outstanding standards of cleanliness, safety and infection control Oversee stock, equipment and housekeeping systems Collaborate closely with care, catering and facilities teams to create a seamless experience for families From preparing childrens bedrooms to ensuring communal spaces feel calm and cared for, your work helps create a true home-from-home atmosphere. About you You are someone who leads with both professionalism and compassion.
