At Avondale Foods Ltd we are looking for a dayshift Hygiene Manager to manage the Companys end-to-end hygiene systems, processes and procedures. As a Hygiene Manager you will develop the hygiene team in terms of performance, knowledge and chemical awareness. Hours of work; Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm What you will do; To drive the entire department towards the importance of complying with the Companys standards on Food Safety and Health and Safety and to investigate any issues resulting from any breach of such. To communicate on a regular basis with key colleagues in the department in view of assessing cleaning procedures. To lead the department towards achieving results by coaching, developing and setting performance targets on a 1:1 basis. To promote a harmonious working relationship within the department through regular meetings, dealing with grievance, and also by managing performance through company policies. To control usage, effectiveness, and stock level of chemicals with the aim of minimising wastage.
