The Customer Service Administrator plays an important role within the business. You will provide administrative assistance across customer and sales-related activities, including processing orders, managing customer records and documentation, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities include: * Acting as a primary contact for customers, handling order processing, supporting quote preparation, and updating clients on delivery timelines. * Managing internal systems by keeping customer accounts accurate, organising documentation, and ensuring precise data entry. * Serving as a central liaison between departments such as sales and dispatch to support smooth daily operations. * Responding to customer enquiries regarding orders and offering detailed product and service information. * Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or a solid background in customer service. You will be highly organised, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and confident in coordinating tasks efficiently, with strong communication skills. The package on offer includes a competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000, along with a bonus scheme. The role operates Monday to Friday during standard working hours, with on-site parking provided.
