Job Title: Behaviour Support
Location: Cleveland
Salary: £95 – £115 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking dedicated Behaviour Support to join welcoming school across Cleveland. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ behaviour, wellbeing, and academic progress.
Key Responsibilities of Behaviour Support:
* Provide targeted support to pupils with behavioural challenges, both in and out of the classroom.
* Help implement behaviour support plans and positive reinforcement strategies.
* Build trusting relationships to support pupils’ emotional and social development.
* Assist teachers and pastoral teams in maintaining a calm and supportive learning environment.
* Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and self-confidence.
Job Requirements:
* Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs (education, care, or community settings).
* A patient, understanding, and consistent approach to supporting behaviour.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
