About the role
At a glance
Salary range - £31,500 to £42,700 per annum, depending on skills and experience. From 1st April 2025, this will increase to £31,500 to £44,200. An additional shift premium of 25% (£7,875) applies. Overtime is available but not guaranteed.
Contract type - Permanent
Work Pattern - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 14:00-22:00
Location - Bracknell, Central Transport
About the role
* Efficiently undertake refinishing and prepping of Partnership vehicles
* Prepare panels to a high standard
* Apply paint and spray vehicles including vans, HGVs, trailers
* Maintain safety standards according to regulations
* Ensure high-quality repairs cost-effectively
* Receive guidance from team leaders
* Manage your time effectively and work efficiently
* Collaborate with team members

Qualifications and Experience
* City & Guilds 2 or 3 Vehicle damage paint technician or equivalent
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Desirable skills
* Experience in commercial vehicle painting
* LGV C+E driving licence
