Service Care Solutions are looking for a Window Cleaner to join one of their clients Estate Services team, someone who is not afraid of heights, enjoys working outdoors, and knows their way around a reach-and-wash system.You will travel across the estates in and around Houghton Regis, ensuring communal windows are spotless so residents can enjoy the view. A company vehicle is provided, so all you need to bring is your skills, energy, and commitment to delivering a top-tier service.What you will do Clean communal windows to a high standard using reach-and-wash and traditional methodsWork to agreed cleaning schedules and instructionsMaintain and look after cleaning equipment and company vehicleReport issues such as graffiti, damage, or repair needsCarry out additional tasks including jet washing, moss removal, and gutter cleaningEnsure communal areas remain safe, clean, and hazard-freeProvide cover for colleagues when required and work collaboratively as part of a team What you will need Experience using window cleaning systems (reach-and-wash and traditional)Strong attention to detail and pride in your workAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadPhysically fit and comfortable with hands-on, outdoor workBasic knowledge of health and safety, including COSHHExcellent customer service and communication skillsFull UK manual driving licenseAbility to pass a basic DBS check Please read before applying This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and at height, using specialist cleaning equipment.
