Ada Meher is partnered with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in delivery of large scale projects.
We are looking for an Information/Document Controller with prior experience in the construction space to join them working directly with Site Managers and Suppliers on their O&M data collection.
The ideal candidate will have experience picking up the phone and speaking to customers & suppliers, answering queries and ensuring data is collected both correctly and within pre‑agreed timescales. They should also have a background in M&E and understand the terminology that comes with a successful O&M Manual.
This role is available with remote flexibility, with a requirement to commute into the Chelmsford offices once or twice a week.
* Prior experience in Document / Information Control in the Construction Industry
* Experience in the O&M Handover space / knowledge of M&E
* Experience working with external stakeholders such as sub‑contractors or suppliers
* Experience working on Document/Data QA
* Excellent communication skills
