What you'll be doing: Reporting to our Director of Roadside and Network Services, you will lead and inspire high-performing teams while shaping the future of our outsourced rescue and non-rescue supply chains. Managing partnerships worth over £50m, you'll ensure they remain cost-effective, customer-focused, and commercially fit for the future. You'll drive efficiencies, deliver outstanding customer outcomes, and unlock new revenue opportunities through our partner network. Working closely with colleagues across Customer, Roadside and Network, you'll play a key role in achieving our business goals and keeping our customers moving. Shaping and delivering strategy for outsourced partnerships, ensuring our supply chains are sustainable, commercially viable, and customer-focused. Managing the full outsourced supplier network across Rescue and Non-Rescue services, driving efficiency and service quality. Delivering strong customer outcomes by ensuring partners meet service standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations. Driving revenue opportunities through and across outsourced partnerships, working closely with internal squads to achieve business goals. Ensuring supplier capacity is fit for demand, with proactive planning in place to maintain service levels. Managing multi-million-pound budgets, controlling operational spend, and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and reduce leakage. Support operational teams on any individual cases where appropriate and needed to meet the customer requirements including where needed out of normal business hours Operating within the DLG Risk Framework – maintaining governance, supplier oversight, and proactive risk management. Building strong collaboration across customer, roadside, and retail teams to align strategy and delivery. Representing Green Flag externally at industry forums, building and maintaining relationships with current and future partners. This is a field-based role, where UK and Europe travel will be required What you'll need: A background in roadside assistance, rescue services, or similar operational environments with ability to lead large-scale outsourced operations or supply chains. Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets. A history of driving operational efficiency while delivering excellent customer outcomes. Expertise in supplier relationship management, contract governance, and risk frameworks. Strong collaborator, working across customer, retail, and technical teams. Excellent stakeholder engagement and external representation skills.
