We’re expanding. New office in January. Team growth planned for next year and beyond.
I opened J3A Recruitment in 2023 and we’ve already been making waves in the water industry (pun fully intended). What started as a vision is now a business with momentum, and we’re only getting started.
The next focus is growth, expansion and opening doors into new markets, and I’m looking for the right people to join me on that journey.
This is an opportunity for Senior or Principal Recruiters who can win new business, build proper client relationships and run their own desk with genuine autonomy.
Backgrounds in construction, engineering, utilities or similar are ideal, but if you’re a strong 360 recruiter with a proven track record, I want to hear from you.
The Role - This is a proper 360 recruitment role, not a boxed-in desk.
You’ll have full ownership of:
* Winning new business and opening new markets
* Running and growing your own desk
* Building long-term, trusted client relationships
* How you work, how you bill and how you grow
* Building something from the ground up, not just maintaining what’s already there

Package & Incentives
* £30k–£40k basic (starting salary)
* Up to 30% commission on total billings
* 25 days holiday + stats
* Extra day’s holiday for hitting target
* Additional 3 days for hitting yearly target early (Up to 48 days total – not too shabby, right?)
* Warrington-based (minimum 4 days per week)

* 6-month & yearly incentives abroad
