Salary: £35,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience within Excel Ability to collaborate & document Ability to identify, analyse, and fix complex formula errors, reference issues, and chained errors in large spreadsheets Proficient in using Power Query and Power Pivot for data connections, transformations, and building efficient data models Skilled in reviewing, cleaning, and optimising extensive conditional formatting rules to improve performance Experience managing external data links, queries, and pivot tables, including splitting and outsourcing analysis for better efficiency Capable of restructuring large workbooks, separating databases and analytical files, and implementing best practices for performance Familiarity with third-party Excel audit tools (e.g., Perfect Excel) for risk analysis, reporting, and version comparison Responsibilities: Work independently with business teams to clarify needs and requirements Address and resolve technical issues related to Excel functionality Collaborate with team members to document processes and solutions Identify and fix formula errors and improve spreadsheet performance Manage external data links and streamline data analysis Optimize data models and conditional formatting rules for efficiency Restructure workbooks for better performance and organization Utilize third-party tools for auditing and reporting purposes Technologies: Excel Power Query More: We are an established medical device manufacturing organization that has experienced impressive growth over the last few years.
