What You’ll Do:
1. Conduct technical diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and servicing on commercial vehicles to ensure the highest quality standards.
2. Meet and exceed productivity targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
3. Uphold manufacturer and company quality standards, ensuring full compliance with health and safety protocols.
4. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through manufacturer training and continuous self-development.
5. Support vehicle health check processes with precision and attention to detail.
Required Skills:
6. Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle technology).
7. Experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of commercial vehicles.
8. Full UK driver’s licence.
9. Strong diagnostic and technical skills.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills:
12. MOT Tester qualification (training can be provided).
13. Previous experience working in a franchised dealership.
14. Knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and diagnostic tools.
Preferred Education & Experience:
15. City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle or Commercial Vehicle Maintenance.
16. Proven experience in a similar role within a busy dealership environment.
Other Requirements:
17. Full UK driver’s licence.
18. Willingness to undertake manufacturer-specific training.
19. Commitment to delivering high standards of work and customer service.
What’s on Offer:
20. Guaranteed minimum earnings of £40,000 per annum for the first three months.
21. Earning potential: £42,000 – £58,000 annually based on performance.
22. Basic salary: £33,900.00
