Are you an enthusiastic, patient and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant? Westwood Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), is looking for a SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team

In this role, you'll work closely with a specific pupil with special educational needs (which includes ASD, developmental delay and PICA disorder), providing tailored support to enable them to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential.
You will be working 23 hour 40 minutes per week; Monday – Thursday 8:45am – 3:10pm and Friday 8:45am – 1:40pm, term time only.
