Purpose:
* Build and enhance the Cybanetix brand across new and existing marketing channels online and offline.
* Generate and assist the sales team in creating leads and driving brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
* Support devising and implementing a social media marketing strategy for each financial year.
* Ensure all activities are executed on time and within budget, optimising resources where possible.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics, consistently improving areas such as lead generation, website analytics, newsletter engagement and social media communications.
* Devise strategies to enhance Cybanetix's influence in target vertical markets.
Sales Collaboration:
* Work closely with the sales and pre-sales team to provide the materials necessary to sell to new prospects and cross-sell to existing clients?
* Communicate new sales strategies, market research and other relevant information to internal staff.
Content Creation:
* Write and/or edit all sales and marketing materials with a keen eye for technical and grammatical accuracy.
* Assist the pre-sales and sales team to ensure all collateral is inline with brand guidelines.
* Develop creative and compelling marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness with the aim to drive both acquisition and retention.
* Co-manage relationships with freelancers such as graphic designers, web developers to ensure the Cybanetix brand is maintained across all channels.
* Manage the company website and social media strategy, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Partnership and Events:
* Maintain collaborative working relationships with all our technology partners, in conjunction with the Head of Marketing and Sales Director.
* Support Cybanetix's online and offline events, as well as participation in industry exhibitions and conferences.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector. Preferable, but not necessary.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a hunger for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
* A keen eye for detail and design, especially when it comes to grammar and spelling.
