Private Client Solicitor – Leamington Spa – £35,000 to £55,000
The Firm
My client is a long-established and highly respected regional law firm with deep roots in Leamington Spa and the wider Warwickshire area. With a strong history of advising local individuals and families, the firm is known for its approachable manner, clear communication and consistently high standards of client care. The culture is collaborative and supportive, combining traditional values with a modern, client-focused approach, particularly within its Private Client department.
The Role
* Joining an established Wills & Probate team based in the Leamington Spa office
* Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
* Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning matters
* Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Handling trusts and estate administration matters
* Running files independently with minimal supervision
* Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues, both in writing and over the phone
* Ensuring matters progress efficiently, with regular updates to clients on progress and costs
* Delivering a consistently high level of client care across all matters

You
* A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ experience handling a full Wills & Probate caseload
* Confident managing files independently while contributing positively within a team environment
* An excellent communicator with a calm, professional and client-focused approach
* Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
* Commercially aware, with a strong and consistent fee income record
* Committed to delivering outstanding client care on every matter
