Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Operational Oversight: Manage HR systems, data administration, and employee lifecycle processes at a Trust-wide level.
* Data Integrity and Systems Management: Maintain accurate and compliant HR systems and processes.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to statutory workforce requirements and manage timely submissions of reports.
* Pay and Contracts Management: Oversee employee compensation structures and contract administration.
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Administer efficient recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Conflict Resolution: Handle conflict resolution, employee complaints, and disciplinary processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: Proven experience in HR management roles, including direct handling of HR systems and data management.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
* Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Approach: Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to daily tasks and challenges.
