We are seeking an Asset Regional Insight Lead to act as the intelligence partner for our Asset Management team, transforming complex data, analytics, and local intelligence into actionable insight. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is insight-led, innovative, and outcome-focused, with a proven ability to influence decisions across multiple teams and deliver measurable improvements in asset performance, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
You will use your expertise in data analytics, housing, and asset management to guide evidence-based decisions, translate trends into actionable recommendations, and support the delivery of our Investment Strategy. By combining strategic insight, advanced analytics, and innovation, you will help ensure that our investments deliver value for money, reduce reactive spend, and enhance the lived experience of residents.
We are looking for someone who holds a Degree (or equivalent experience) in data analytics, housing or asset management.
