As an AML Compliance Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer, and Money Laundering Compliance Officer, supporting key compliance activities such as ID and EOF checks, client risk assessments, and audits. This role will be based at our Beech House office in Mansfield. Key Tasks, Knowledge and Accountabilities Reviewing Electronic ID checks Checking client Evidence of Funding and Source of Wealth Recording your investigations and inputting data into our risk register Escalating high risk matters and suspicions Checking client details against watchlists Support ongoing client monitoring, including checks for adverse media, PEPs and sanctions Conduct companies house checks and report discrepancies relating to Persons with Significant Control Assisting clients through the due diligence process via email and telephone Help to promote a healthy culture around AML procedures and requirements Gather data for annual and regulatory audits Support the AML team with AML programme administration, including policy updates, staff training and ad hoc compliance tasks Keeping up to date with the market, AML legislation and best practices Bring great ideas on the formation and future of the team Person Specification Previous experience in an AML, compliance or due diligence role is advantageous An interest in Anti Money Laundering, Financial Crime and Financial Regulation Comfortable working with detailed information Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail Good deduction skills and comfortable working with numbers Knowledge of UK AML Legislation Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Good organisational skills including prioritisation Clear communicator An interest in contributing ideas to develop our AML systems and procedures Experience working with case management systems and Microsoft office Ready to Join Us?
