We are keen to hear from candidates from sports, education, and childcare backgrounds. You could be a sports coach working in local schools or hold an FA Level 1, 2, or UEFA B award and coach at a local club. If you have experience working with children and sports, we want to hear from you!
Our holiday clubs run every half term and summer, and we are flexible in the work we can offer based on your needs. For example, you may wish to work only during specific half terms or a few weeks in summer; we can accommodate your requirements and offer as much work as you would like.
What will I be doing on camp?
Our award-winning holiday clubs are fantastic places to work! You will be assigned a group of children to work with daily, with an activity timetable provided by your camp manager. Your role is to deliver engaging experiences for children aged 5-13 on our football-specific holiday club program.
As a coach, we want you to be like a big kid! Participate actively in penalty shootouts, matches, and tournaments to create a fun environment.
If you want to spend half terms and summers creating memorable experiences with children, working alongside highly qualified coaches, receiving quality training and feedback, and gaining industry experience, this role is ideal for you!
Prerequisites include experience working with children, preferably in a football club or football academy setting, with a proven track record of delivering football sessions to large groups over time.
Limited placement opportunities are available for those seeking more experience. Exceptional staff may have the chance for permanent work in our partner schools during the school year.
Please submit your CV, detailing your availability and experience. Successful applicants will receive market-leading training, progression opportunities, access to our Total Sports Staff Loyalty Programme, and a competitive pay rate.
