Purpose of the Role
To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards to ensure customer loyalty. You will motivate the team, create a delightful shopping experience, and help drive store success.
Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for our products and brand.
2. Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and stock availability.
3. Promote multi-channel shopping options to maximize customer satisfaction.
4. Create an inviting and welcoming store atmosphere.
5. Process transactions carefully, adhering to company guidelines.
6. Show flexibility to meet store needs.
7. Assist with daily store operations in management’s absence.
