As the Lead Ganger you will be responsible for delivering the on-site projects to a safe, compliant and high standard, adhering to site-specific risk assessments to ensure that identified risks are briefed to the team and any visitors on site.
If you have experience in all aspects of installing deep drainage, manhole construction, concreting, block laying, kerbing etc. then this could be the role for you!
There will be heavy lifting and lots of physical work so you will need to be willing to get stuck in!
You will be responsible to the Supervisor and shall be directly responsible for the Operatives and ensuring safety of any visitors to the site.
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential-
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Extensive experience working in Deep Drainage, Civils or Groundworks
* Experience in a lead role.
Desirable-
* 360 or Dumper Ticket (NPORS)
* SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme)
* CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme)
* EUSR SHEA (Water - multi-utility as required).
* SWQR Operative Certificate, Units 001-007 & 009.
* Emergency First Aid at Work Level 2 (minimum)
* Appropriate plant/equipment operators' certificate(s)
