Key Role Responsibilities
* Manage full project lifecycles from initiation through to delivery and go-live.
* Own the end-to-end technical delivery of IT projects, including resource planning and budget control.
* Define deliverables and milestones in collaboration with technical leads.
* Develop and maintain delivery plans for engineering-led initiatives, tracking time, cost, risks, and issues.
* Report regularly to engineering and senior management on project progress.
* Foster team organisation, motivation, and high performance.
* Apply Agile methods including sprint planning, release scheduling, and incremental delivery techniques.
* Ensure operational readiness, digital documentation, and support structures are in place before deployment.
Key Attributes Required
* Proven experience managing complex IT projects using Agile methodologies.
* Strong knowledge of technical delivery across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Applications.
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage risk and deliver against tight deadlines.
* Positive, open-minded and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience developing trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
