Growth Futures (formerly Founders Intelligence) is an entrepreneur-powered business that combines the commercial rigour of a strategy consultancy with the vision, pace and insight of the world’s best venture companies. We advise global leaders on how to stay dynamic and relevant in the face of constant disruption - helping them identify and deploy new revenue lines. We call this Entrepreneurial Growth.

Since being founded ten years ago, we have helped a diverse set of global clients, including Meta, BBC, BP, ITV, Rightmove, Visa, Shazam, Unilever, Diageo, Lloyd’s, GSK and Silver Lake to deliver new growth opportunities, from strategy to execution. This opportunity suits entrepreneurial candidates with experience across consulting, start-ups, venture capital, accelerators, corporate innovation or associated functions. As a Manager you will:


4. Be a senior influence in the team, focused on end-to-end client delivery and growing the overall business.
5. Work across a wide set of industries, owning the client relationship and managing a team
6. Set a vision for project success and creating delivery plans for the team to follow
7. Build close relationships with clients, including managing delivery timelines and serving as a trusted advisor helping them with their biggest challenges
8. Identify relevant research areas and managing a team to investigate, review and iterate the discovery process
9. Steer and guide the team’s efforts to create differentiated insights based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of competitor, venture, market, and/or customer data
10. Storytelling and crafting slides. You will manage a team doing this, but also need to get stuck into the detail and develop the material yourself when needed
11. Engage in proactive outreach to your and our wider Accenture and venture community, building relationships and bridging business opportunities
12. Proactive in building and engaging a network of global client prospects, founders/investors, Accenture champions and industry experts
13. Support our response to new business opportunities by writing proposals, shaping the scope and pitching to new clients
14. Take ownership of team development, including coaching, training, and contributing to marketing and recruitment activities

16. Experience working in start-ups, consulting, investment banking, technology, venture capital, corporate innovation or associated areas
17. Experience managing teams, client relationships and coaching individuals
18. Entrepreneurial drive, a creative mindset and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
19. Passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, innovation and growth strategy
20. Thinks in first principles and breaking down complex problems into clear, well-structured and actionable steps
21. An exceptional writer and presenter, communicating information clearly and compellingly, and are comfortable influencing stakeholders at a c-suite and board level
22. Thrives working in a team, building relationships with people from all backgrounds, experiences and seniority

Location: London

Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and in the office (2 days a week) to enable delivery of the first-class work we are known for.

Basic qualifications:


23. 7 or more years’ experience in experience working in start-ups, consulting, investment banking, technology, venture capital, corporate innovation or associated areas
24. Bachelor’s degree


Preferred qualifications:


25. An interest in technology and data and knowledge of innovation and how to apply it to creatively shape new corporate and growth solutions
26. Strategic thinking and critical thinking skills
27. People management experience, including coaching
28. Client management experience
29. Effective communication skills, both written and oral; ability to present with confidence, empathy and deliver difficult messages; fluency in English
30. Comfortable with working on difficult issues where there can be no definitive “right” answer. Demonstrate the ability to provide the client with what they need, not just what they ask
31. Right to work in the U.K.
