Whether you’re looking for a full-time role to complete your induction or flexible teaching to build confidence across year groups, Protocol Education is working with a range of supportive primary schools across Gateshead who are actively recruiting Early Career Teachers.
This is your opportunity to start your career the right way, with real support, clear progression, and schools that genuinely value their ECTs.

You’ll be placed in welcoming Gateshead primary schools with strong leadership, clear behaviour policies, and experienced mentors who understand what new teachers need.
Why This Is Ideal for ECTs
