Accounts Payable Assistant | £28,000-30,000 | Liverpool
We are recruiting for a growing international business based in Liverpool.
In this role as Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Processing purchase ledger invoices and inputting onto the system
* Assisting with reconcilation of GRNI accounts
* Dealing with supplier queries on invoices and look to get resolved in a timely and efficient manner
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Managing everything up to payment runs
* Processing expenses both personal and credit card
* Processing manual payments
* Supporting with internal and external audits
For this role, you must have:
* Experience working in a purchase ledger role before
* Experience working in an international business with multi-currency experience is essential
* Good systems knowledge, ideally ERP
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders internally as well as suppliers
* Motivation to learn and develop and be accountable for your own standards
* Studying towards AAT would be advantageous
