This company has seen rapid expansion, growing to over 200 staff in the last year alone. Due to this success, they’re now in urgent need of strong, people-focused leadership to help drive the next phase of growth in their contact centre team. The Role: You’ll take ownership of a team of 16 inbound sales agents, managing performance, development, and engagement across all areas. From running 121s and coaching sessions to optimising KPIs and customer outcomes, you’ll be the go-to leader to help this already successful team thrive.
