The Role
You’ll take ownership of your own projects from concept to completion, working directly with architects, developers, and private clients on high quality builds. You’ll combine hands on design with team leadership, guiding and mentoring junior engineers while maintaining technical excellence and commercial awareness.
As part of a small, well established team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s future direction, contributing to business development, client relationships, and long term strategic growth.
